Marsh Industries has nine pneumatic bonding presses using a hot vulcanization process to provided bonded rings and custom gaskets from either "standard" or "custom" cross-sectional profiles. Marsh Industries uses catalyzed compound to bond the gaskets endless, which makes for a much more durable splice rather than standard RTV bonding. The compound is typically the same compound that is used in the cross-section and the same color.

The results are a virtual seamless bond with strengths that exceed conventional bonding processes. Utilizing the bonding process, Marsh Industries, Inc. is able to offer a cost-effective solution for sealing applications. In addition, not only does bonding the seals allow for the ability to have hollow profiles, but also offer a solution to those seals that cannot be molded.
